PAYMENTS AND PRICES

All prices are current and may be subject to future changes. The individual and total price of your order, including any shipping and payment fees as well as VAT, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

DELIVERIES AND RETURNS

We offer the following delivery methods:

• Standard Delivery
  Fixed price of 45 SEK (regardless of order size or weight) for deliveries within Sweden. Delivery within 3–5 days to the nearest pickup point.

Delivery terms are also specified at checkout under each delivery option. If no terms are specified, the standard delivery time is 3–5 days. If an item has a different delivery time, it will be indicated on the product page.

In the case of delivery delays, we will notify you via email. As a customer, you always have the right to cancel your purchase if delivery is delayed. We will make every effort to fulfill your order. However, there may be circumstances where fulfillment is impossible, such as if our supplier or carrier is unable to meet their obligations. We reserve the right to disclaim any compensation claims regarding delivery delays.

RETURNS

Returns are at your own expense unless the item is defective or if we shipped the wrong item. Returns must be sent as letters or parcels, not as cash-on-delivery packages. For exchanges, we cover the shipping cost of the replacement item sent from us to you.

REFUNDS

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount you paid for the item as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days from the day we received the item. You will bear the return shipping costs when sending the item back to us.
